Thoughts at night

Is this taken by a camera or you make it on the computer, I'm not really good at judging pictures and anything but for me this really good; it gives me a good vibe of the night and the light at dark were quite balance in this picture its not to bright and the shadow doesn't' really cover the other so I can see it clearly just wondering how did you make this one, I hope one day I can do this sort of thing as well in the near future, keep up the good work and you can ask me any time to for my insight.
